As the global pandemic shows no sign of let up, Jon Kennard and Debbie Carter announce a short pause in TJ’s editorial activity.
The impact that Covid-19 is having on the world at present is remorseless; the death tolls are rising exponentially and there are no signs of respite in the near future. Across the globe organisations are having to make very difficult decisions to sustain themselves, and their people through this crisis.
The publishers of TJ are no exception, and with uncertainty being the norm for the foreseeable future, the group is taking advantage of the government’s Job Retention Scheme and placing a small proportion of their staff on furlough – a period of paid absence that will give valuable breathing space in this challenging climate.
TJ’s editorial team are therefore signing off from midnight tonight, Monday 6 April until further notice. We hope this will not be for too long but in the interim the TJ Awards 2020 remain open for nominations and you can access loads of valuable content here on the website to support you through these troubled times. Below is a list of some of our favourites.
