Skill Pill launches digital learning for Millennials

Skill Pill, the leading digital learning provider, is launching a new ‘pack’ of learning videos and templates to support the Gen Y worker.

Millennials now constitute the largest generation in business, but many managers have expressed difficulty in harnessing and retaining this talent.

Skill Pill founder Gerry Griffin, said: “For a number of years now, we’ve been aware that the needs and aptitudes of millennials are quite distinct”.

As a result, Skill Pill has teamed up with international publisher John Wiley to bring Gen Y  – a deck of learning materials to suit the work challenges and practices of millennials.

Comprising 12 high-impact animated videos, support templates and apps, the Gen Y pack is designed to help millennials be their ‘best selves’ in the workplace.

The Skill Pill team will be on hand to demonstrate this offering among many others at the 2016 Learning Technologies exhibition, London, February 3 and 4; Stand D23.
