One of the webinar speakers, Paul Matthews, said in a short interview around change that “If you are seeking change, what’s the gap between where we are and where we want to get to and depending on your role that can be variable”.
One element of the discussion could be around the role of the L&D professional or department. Matthews said, “there is an on-going change to the perception of what L&D is”.
