A pioneering apprenticeship scheme designed to give ambitious young people opportunities to build careers at dynamic small businesses has been launched across England.

Research by Scottish start-up Create eLearning shows that as much as £56 billion is being lost in the UK annually to replace staff who leave their jobs due to poor training.
