Training Journal the UK’s independent platform for learning and development professionals, has announced a special TJ 60th Anniversary Conference taking place Monday 24 November 2025 at the Royal Society of Chemistry, London. The one-day event will bring together mid-to-senior L&D, HR and learning leaders for a practical, no-fluff programme focused on turning insight into action across the modern workplace.
This conference is about focusing on what works
The theme for the day, “Empowering L&D to drive meaningful transformation,” will spotlight how cross-functional teams can harness AI, data and evidence-based practice to improve performance, productivity and people outcomes. Alongside keynote sessions, delegates can expect hands-on formats, peer problem-solving and tools they can apply the very next day.
Jo Cook, Editor of Training Journal, said: “It’s a milestone year for TJ, but this conference isn’t just about looking back, it’s about focusing on what works. We’re designing a day where L&D, HR and technology leaders roll up their sleeves together to solve real problems, share practical actions and leave with momentum.”
