Hemsley Fraser ranked as one of the world’s leading training outsourcing companies

The Top 20 list identifies the companies with the highest quality services and most comprehensive capabilities

Learning specialist Hemsley Fraser has been ranked as one of the world’s Top 20 training outsourcing providers, for the fifth successive year, by the global learning portal TrainingIndustry.com.

TrainingIndustry.com is a portal for the training industry which aims to provide the information, insight and tools that practitioners need to more effectively manage the business of learning. The criteria used to select this year’s Top 20 training outsourcing companies included: industry visibility, innovation and impact; capability to deliver multiple types of training services; company size and growth potential; strength of clients and geographic reach.

TrainingIndustry.com continuously reviews companies that provide training business process outsourcing (BPO) services. It conducts an annual assessment of each supplier’s expertise, experience and capabilities, to determine those best suited for world-class outsourcing engagements. The Top 20 list identifies the companies with the highest quality services and most comprehensive capabilities.

Ken Taylor, president of Training Industry, Inc, said: “This year’s Top 20 list of training outsourcing companies shows the dominance and staying power of some of the core brands in our industry. Client needs are continuously evolving and these organisations are able to demonstrate a commitment to innovate and meet their needs. Hemsley Fraser again demonstrated excellence in every aspect.”

TrainingIndustry.com says that because of the diversity of services included in training outsourcing engagements, it makes no attempt to rank the ‘Top 20’.

Todd Turner, chief executive officer of Hemsley Fraser, said: “We’re delighted to be ranked again as one of the world’s leading providers of training outsourcing. In the aftermath of the recession, many organisations are now seeing a resurgent demand for training but they lack the internal capacity to meet this demand. The advantage of managed learning is that a client gets exactly the support they need. We’re working closely with corporate learning teams to better understand their business requirements, so that the right learning services can be delivered, in the most appropriate format, to support employees wherever they are and whatever their role.”

Founded in 1991, Hemsley Fraser is a market provider of in-company and customised learning programmes, consulting services, open training courses and managed learning services. With offices in the UK, the US and Australia, the company delivers learning in 50 countries. Since 2008, it has been part of the Demos Group, a global provider of learning and development.
