TJ has today published its member survey for 2017-2018, and we need your help.
TJ is always looking to improve the service it provides for its members and readers. This encompasses the quality of content, the member benefits, the frequency of publishing, the format, everything you can possibly think of that contributes to the TJ experience for members and readers of both the magazine and content online.
Editor-in-chief Debbie Carter said, “I’d like to urge anyone familiar with TJ – be it the magazine, website or the awards’ programme – to complete the survey. We want to know what you like and what you don’t; whether we cover the content you need in a medium you prefer – but we can’t do this without your help. We need your views to ensure we are producing the content you want to read.”
Everyone who completes the survey will receive three months’ digital subscription to TJ, and will also be part of a draw with a top prize of an Amazon Echo. Five runners-up will each receive £25 of Amazon vouchers.
Jon Kennard, editor of TJ online added, “continuous improvement of our offering to readers is so important – it’s a job that is never done but we need to be constantly listening to our audience so that we can publish content that is relevant and gives them the tools to be the best they can be in their jobs.”
