The APS Conference this year, on the 7th and 8th June was about a new era of differentiation
The Association of Professional Sales (APS) is an industry organisation promoting excellence in sales.
The APS conference in June this year focused on thought leadership in the professionalising of the sales role as well as more practical examples of what to do.
Conference topics were obviously focused on the sales profession. Much of the discussion was linked to change, training and behaviour, all important topics for L&D to be aware of.
It’s also interesting to compare and contrast the discussions with those that we have within the L&D profession.
