The TJ Conference: L&D Means Business will now take place on 16 March 2027. This gives organisers more time to strengthen the programme, partnerships and participant experience. TJ explains why changing course now will help deliver a practical, participative event focused on organisational priorities, performance and meaningful business outcomes together.
The TJ Conference: L&D Means Business has been postponed from 21 September 2026 to 16 March 2027.
Ticket sales for September have been slower than we need them to be to deliver the kind of conference we want to run.
Rather than compromise on the experience, the audience or the quality of the conversations on the day, we have decided to give the event more time to build.
The theme remains unchanged.
L&D Means Business is about helping L&D professionals connect their work more closely to organisational priorities, performance and business outcomes. Those conversations feel more important than ever.
Moving the conference to March gives us more time to develop the programme, involve additional contributors and partners, and create the practical, participative event we originally intended.
We know the events market is challenging at the moment and that other conferences are experiencing similar pressures. Ultimately, though, this is our decision. We would rather change course now and deliver the right event in March.
New date: Tuesday 16 March 2027, London.
