Good Enough to Meet- the real cost of bad meetings
BAD MEETINGS ARE KILLING YOUR BUSINESS. It sounds dramatic, but think about it.
People only know what to do with their day because of what was agreed at a meeting. They only know if they are delivering the goods because of a meeting.
73% of people say that less that half of the time they spend in meetings is valuable to them in their job and 64% say less than half of the time they spend in meetings is valuable to their organisation. Our survey focused on individuals with professional and managerial roles, people who spend around 37% of their time in meetings.
For many of our clients, it’s costing them £5.5m a year to have their best people in meetings doing nothing.
