fter a month of deliberations, the TJ Awards judging panel has revealed the


shortlist of organisations and people through to the interview round in the next stage of judging. Our congratulations are extended to all the lucky fi nalists, but we must also thank everyone who entered this year and console those who didn’t make the interview stage – unfortunately, competition is always very tough. T e interviews form the fi nal


phase of judging when the gold, silver and bronze TJ Award winners will be decided. Interviews are compulsory and failure to attend will result in disqualifi cation. T e interview dates are available online, where fi nalists can also register attendees and select their preferred time on a fi rst-come, fi rst-served basis.
