‘mistakes’ just opportunities to refi ne and adapt the programme to suit your organisation showing your alignment with organisational values and aims. Many winners have also

demonstrated how they have shared their practice with others in their sector, region or L&D communities showing a real commitment to learning and development. Awards are not only a great

way of recognising and celebrating success within your organisation they off er a valuable opportunity for L&D departments to refl ect, critically on their work and benchmark their achievements with others in their sector and across other sectors. T e TJ Awards remain free to open although we do off er feedback on entries from the judges which does involve a small fee of £95 plus VAT

St Monica’s Trust won best operati onal and not-for-profi t category in 2014

but those attending our workshops can receive a free report on an entry into the TJ Awards 2016. T e categories are unchanged this year and applications are made online at www.trainingjour- nalawards.com now entries can be amended at any point up to the closing date of Wednesday 22nd June 2016. Applicants can enter the same
