here must be a great sigh of relief going up in L&D departments this week. Tose


who have entered this year’s TJ Awards now have a brief respite while the judges start looking at the entries. As I write, there is just a day or two


to the deadline and many people are still working on their entries, making


those final adjustments that they hope will make the difference between a finalist’s position and a disheartened review of their entry for next year. Being a finalist is, of course, the aim of every applicant at this stage of the contest, but they all know they may not make it through to the next stage of judging. Te
