force yourself to go. We’ve enough stress in life without adding to the mix. Find something physical that you enjoy and focus on small daily


improvements. Jim Rohn said, “You can’t hire someone else to do your push-ups for you.” What I took from this is that the changes you see, feel and experience from physical exercise
