The TJ forum is closing - as of 1 January 2019

The forum has been a crucial part of the TJ website for many years, but activity has been dwindling over the past two years as our presence on social media has grown. As such the editorial team has decided to close the forum on 1 January 2019.

I know for some of our community this will be a disappointment However there is a lack of engagement: only 25 new posts since the start of the year, and, more importantly, only 34 replies. It is clearly time to encourage the members to join our other social groups on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

We have a lively and well-informed community on all these sites and, depending on your taste, they all have something to offer the busy L&D professional so do take time to look at these online communities.

TJ remains committed to supporting your professional development and I would particularly encourage you to join our LinkedIn Group that provides a welcoming and secure environment for practitioners to explore good practice, discuss ideas and form new networks.

We look forward to welcoming you to our social groups very soon.
