I am working with an international charity that has done some fantastic work in evolving its coaching approach to the point where coaching is seen very positively within the organisation as an important contributor to leadership effectiveness. The organisation is now shaping a strategy for the next 3 years to take coaching to the next level in serving the needs of the charity. This year, they are keen to do a ‘temperature check’ to establish a benchmark for the state of coaching currently, against which they can measure the impact of the strategy over the next 3 years. Does anyone have any examples, ideas or references that might help in the design and implementation of this ‘temperature check’? I will happily collate all suggestions and provide feedback on what we eventually come up with. Thanks in advance for any help.
