Learning Pool, the global provider of e-learning solutions, has achieved CSR ‘World Leader’ status after winning six awards at the International CSR Excellence Awards; the national campaign to find the best companies, councils and communities worldwide.
The International CSR Excellence Awards are presented to companies that have a heart and who use their privileged position to help their colleagues, communities, customers, the environment and those less fortunate.
Learning Pool scooped both Gold and Silver awards for Family Commitment and Leadership and was commended by judges for its efforts to help colleagues, customers and friends with mental health and wellbeing support throughout the pandemic.
The judges said: “Over the last few years, Learning Pool has embedded an ambitious employee engagement, support and CSR strategy. During the pandemic, it has worked with mental health and wellbeing charities to spread mental health and mindfulness support.” They continued: “Raising awareness of important issues is a high priority and so, Learning Pool has made some of its topical learning modules available on its website for free, forever.”
With over 500 nominations to the International CSR Excellence Awards 2021, Learning Pool walked away victorious after receiving six Gold and Silver awards during a presentation ceremony at the Waldorf Hilton Hotel, London on September 27th, 2021. The company was also thrilled to achieve CSR ‘World Leader’ for the second year.
As a result of its success at the 2021 International CSR Excellence Awards, Learning Pool will have its winning paper published in The Global Guide to CSR Excellence, the leading international work of reference on corporate social responsibility best practice.
