Learning Pool partners to develop programmes for diversity, equity and inclusion
Learning Pool announces its recent partnership with Focal Point Training and the creation of a new collection of DEI-focussed content
Founded in 2001, Focal Point Training (FPT) is a consultancy company specialising in diversity, equity and inclusive behaviours needed for a respectful and collaborative workplace, FPT works with organisations across all sectors to help build and embed a culture of inclusion.
FPT has collaborated with Learning Pool to update and refresh the company’s existing content regarding diversity, equity and inclusion. In doing so, consultants have helped Learning Pool identify the gaps in its current off-the-shelf library offering to create a single collection of new content on the subject matter. Together, FPT and Learning Pool have developed 24 pieces of content covering unconscious bias, mental health awareness and dignity and respect.
Separate learning pathways have also been created alongside the new equality, diversity and inclusion collection which are job role dependent, enabling line managers and team members to receive content relevant to them.
