Tonight the TJ Awards' winners for 2016 will be announced at the annual Gala Dinner hosted by TV and radio presenter Kate Garraway

The South Wales Police Training team celebrating their win in 2014.

Everything has been double-checked and we are ready for tomorrow night's fabulous night of recognition and reward for the very best practitioners in the L&D industry. 

Over 90 organisations made it through to the finals and tomorrow 45 winners, in 15 categories will find out if they are a Gold, Silver or Bronze winner this year.
