Joanne Lockwood believes that the world isn’t just black and white but rather a multitude of perspectives that all have value and by taking a narrow view of our world we miss so much.

In this interview she tells of her own identity journey to become a transgender woman, the reconciliation of family to this change, her new business and why diversity and inclusion is vital to organisations, communities, and families and why we must all be advocates of those seeking to ‘belong’.
