Debbie Carter, editor and Jo Cook, deputy editor are looking for a new recruit to the TJ team
TJ is recruiting a new member for our editorial team and ideally, we would like someone with some knowledge of the learning and development field. The new person will need to have excellent writing skills, be digitally aware, flexible in approach and have a good eye for detail.
Other essential skills include: first-rate grammar and proofing skills, digital confidence as the new recruit will be using a CMS (content management system) and will be promoting TJ and engaging with the L&D community through social media channels. The role is full time, based in The Shard, TJ’s London headquarters, and offers a competitive salary.
Editor Debbie Carter says: “We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our small team. This is a high-profile position, as the new person will be recruited on the basis that they will take over my role of editor within a short timeframe. This demands an individual with a real interest in L&D, a flexible, can-do approach, a strong work ethic and of course – modern, journalistic skills.”
