How do you explain to someone that e-mail isn’t a very good mechanism for providing coaching support? I have been faced with this issue a number of times recently. With the growing interest in coaching in many organisations, has come the debate about whether technology has a potential role to support it. And as large companies confront their perceived problems with leadership and management skills, I can only see the market for coaching rising further.
