With e-learning the content is there, up front, for all to see. It doesn't rely on the skill of a teacher, or on the ability of the learner to take learning from diverse sources. In addition, e-learning content goes through a series of checks for quality, comprehensibility, standard of presentation and so on. And unlike the average teacher or lecturer, e-learning is ready for the learner to access when they want, where they want. Learners can go at their own pace.
