Psychological testing concentrates on individual differences in answers to questions like: ‘Is this person more suited to this job than that person?’, or ‘Will this person benefit from this style of development?’
But assessing groups is one of the fastest-growing areas of test use. Team testing is used to answer questions such as ‘What’s the best project team to create this product?’, and ‘Why is this team underperforming, and can I put it right?’
