“People have more confidence in the education system than ever before to deliver what the country needs for economic and social success.”
That’s the message from the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), which last month published its annual report and accounts for 2006-07.
Better Skills, Better Jobs, Better Lives paints a positive picture of the LSC’s achievements and performance during the last financial year.
It also maps out “a full and exciting timetable” of change in the year ahead, as the LSC continues to work towards attaining world class skills by 2020.
