This month TJ Online has been supporting a new independent survey, Developing the Developer, which runs until the end of July. The brainchild of Mike Morrison and Ken Ritchie, the survey is based on one that was carried out by the Association for Management Education and Development in 1991. It takes about 20 minutes to complete and your input is vital in building a picture of the current state of L&D, as well as predictions about where the industry is headed. Visit www.deveopthedeveloper.com to see the questionnaire; results should be available in September.
