Marketing is everything that you do to communicate your business to your existing and potential customers.
As a freelance trainer or consultant, you will be marketing your business with every conversation you have, every networking event you attend, every presentation you make, every meeting you attend, every call you make and every email you send, as well as any advertising, promotions and PR you do.
