A client asked me recently what all the fuss was about strategic knowledge management. Well, yes, it has become a buzz word and, much like ‘empowerment’ in recent years, many people do not understand what it is or what it can do for the organisation.
Applied correctly, and in particular types of organisations, it can make the difference between success and failure.
