I struggle, oh how I struggle, with all the stuff about leadership. The other day I went to yet another conference where speaker after speaker, drawn from various walks of life, told us what wonderful leaders they were. They didn’t actually stand there and say that, but, as they each recounted their personal experiences of leadership, the effect was the same.
