This year marks the 21st anniversary of the first HRD Conference. Coincidentally, it also marks my 21st year as a trainer, making it a good time for me to reflect on how much has changed while trying to identify a forward agenda. What do we, as individuals and as a profession, need to do to enhance our contribution to the organisation, team and individual?
