Whenever I’m invited to speak at conferences, the organisers inflict ‘happiness sheets’ on the participants. You know the sort of thing – inviting people to rate the venue, the food and the speakers. Sometimes they even enquire into what people think they have learned/hope to implement back at work. And sometimes there is a space where people can write comments using their own words instead of merely ticking the boxes provided.
Throughout 2009 I have been playing a little – relatively innocent – game with these happiness sheets.
