Is coaching part of your organisation’s leadership style? Have you trained your staff in how to receive coaching and use it well? Are you using co-coaching or group coaching? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, then you may be well advanced along the coaching road. I have recently completed a survey of ten companies and asked them how they see current trends in coaching. This article outlines their views, and describes what they are doing, right now, to develop coaching in their own organisations.
