We all know about Generation Y but what about Generation Z? (Or Zee, as the Americans call it, to rhyme with Motivitality©.) I’m talking about people who were born after Y2K. Yes, they’re little people, their ages may be measured in single digits but – heck – they can teach us so much!

Have you ever seen a Gen Zedder submitting a fraudulent expenses claim? Or indulging in creating dodgy securitisation products that can leave a company exposed to billions of pounds of toxic debt? No way, Gen A! These guys are Pay-As-You-Go all the way. They know about customer service (“I want” does get!) and they naturally react against command-and-control management (“Shan’t!”). They are always thinking outside the box...
