This is the fourth edition of the popular book containing 5,000+ development tips for managers, coaches and anybody motivated to develop themselves. It is a useful development and coaching tool for any motivated person with a need.
The book is structured to allow readers to dip into the particular skill that they want to improve in, for example managing diversity, conflict management or political savvy, and immediately find a smorgasbord of ideas, tools and suggestions for action.
