OutStart Inc has promoted MATTHIAS SCHULZ to the newly created position of vice president of European sales. Schulz will continue as the MD of Berlin-based OutStart GmbH. Massood Zarrabian, OutStart chief executive, said: “Within the last two years, Germany has come to represent more than 10 per cent of OutStart’s business, and Matthias has built deep relationships with our rapidly expanding customer base.”
