I recently had the pleasure of working with a group of trainers in Maastricht, all employed by DHL.
I had at least five different nationalities present in the room and all of them were interested and engaged with the subject we were covering. The facilities were superb and the only significant change I introduced for this international group was a European plug adapter for my laptop!
PowerPoint was the main medium of delivery, with discussion and the introduction and outline of exercises and activities they might use with their own people.
