Ten months on and the first report on the L&D 2020 project has been published. While, clearly, it doesn’t make any hard and fast predictions about what L&D roles will be in, say, ten years’ time, it does show ome emerging trends that will form the basis for further research next year.
The aim of this ongoing project is to explore how learning and development in organisations might develop over the next five to ten years, particularly focussing on the implications for L&D professionals.
