European training provider Cegos recently conducted a study among training managers from 1,000 companies employing more than 500 staff in the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain. It looked at three key areas – how organisations are prioritising their training efforts, how much they are spending on L&D and how they are measuring the effectiveness of training.
The survey highlights two major trends across Europe: the growing popularity for blended and e-learning, and the rise in learner-driven training.
