Dear Izzy
We are looking at ways the training department can influence efficiency and I am looking at productivity in meetings. We have quite a large sales force and, although they now do a lot
more conference calls rather than face-to-face meetings, we need to make sure they are really productive. What suggestions do you have to get people – who don’t think they need training on this – to do something?
