Working as a behavioural trainer for many years, to help people develop their ‘soft skills’ in order to become more effective at work, has left me with an ongoing interest in relationship management and development at work.
People and organisations are complicated and challenging, relationship management within organisations doubly so. Understanding the intricacies of relationship development and management within an organisational context for success commercially, strategically and interpersonally, is a fascinating area and one that many have explored from many different viewpoints.
