The world is changing at an unprecedented pace. Nothing is static, certain, or predictable. Anxiety is becoming our constant companion. Unfortunately, we associate anxiety with fear, stress, and instability. We’re afraid we can’t manage our anxiety, so we avoid, deny, resist, run away from, or medicate it. We refuse to see anxiety as a major source of energy – in our organisations and in ourselves. This attitude prevents us from using anxiety to drive our organisations forward.
