There seems to be something new on the horizon for leaders, managers and trainers to worry about. Having gone through sexism, racism and ageism in recent years, it now seems that sexism may be coming around again. It is approaching in a more subtle form than previously but it is nevertheless something organisations need to be aware of and do something about.

At worst, organisations are discriminating against a large percentage of the workforce and, at best, under-utilising a significant potential wealth of talent.
