The UK needs to see more examples of world-class skills in order to develop them here in the UK, according to Simon Bartley, chief executive of UK Skills.
“When it comes to creating world class skills in the UK, I believe the solution can be summed up in three words: seeing is believing.
“When you see what someone else can achieve, it gives you ideas and inspiration as to how you can achieve the same, or better, results yourself.
