What is leadership, how can we use it and why is it really necessary? As more and more pressure is put on companies, the common traits of leadership are being replaced by what can only be considered as an evolutionary modern replacement.
We are now a global village, in which issues that were faced in the past are irrelevant today. Companies work 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and, as a result of this, demand is constant and global. This demand is more intense and companies are consequently more reliant on results, regardless of any specific approach. Therefore, it can be argued that any leadership concept today needs to have immense flexibility within its scope of operation if it is to be successful.
