Improved staff development, more than half a million pounds saved in training and IT costs – and a National Training Award – have demonstrated to one UK company the benefits of rapid e-learning.
In just two years Everyday Financial Solutions (EFS) has reaped a number of rewards from its decision to replace classroom learning with a blend of e-learning and traditional face-to-face training.
And last October, the company, which is part of Littlewoods Shop Direct Group (LSDG), received a National Training Award for the programme, which involved training its 21-strong learning and development team in rapid e-learning before it could be rolled out across the organisation.
