Organisations are experiencing a range of people issues as a result of Web 2.0. This report from the Epic Think Tank (see box overleaf) examines the major areas of challenge as they have an impact on learning and development departments.
Get a dozen or so e-learning practitioners from a spread of industry sectors around a table and common issues soon emerge. An important area of focus for all the organisations represented at this Think Tank session, it transpired, was a range of effects caused by the increasing use of Web 2.0 technologies in the workforce.
