That’s Martin Fojt, chairman and HR director of magazine and database publisher Emerald Group Publishing, on the benefits the company has seen from its new corporate
university learning initiative.
More than 40 of Emerald’s 190 staff have graduated from the university since it opened its doors two years ago, including ten earlier this year, and it is continuing to expand and develop its action-based learning approach.
