Law firm Addleshaw Goddard recently launched a web-streamed TV channel to help clients keep up-to-date with the ever-changing raft of employment legislation. Joe Glavina, legal director and head of training for the firm's employment group, explains the thinking behind the innovation and what training professionals can learn from the project.
