“Business is committed to training its staff to achieve a skilled and competent workforce.”
And they are turning to private training providers for the learning and development interventions that they need.
That’s the conclusion of the organisation representing Britain’s top bosses – the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) – which last month published its Employment Trends Survey for 2007.
