L&D 2020: the future of workplace learning

Research reports

The aim of this project is to explore how learning & development in organisations might change over the next five to ten years, particularly focusing on the implications for L&D professionals. Much of our initial investigation involved tapping into other relevant research into the future, especially focussing on societal and workplace change, technological innovation and developments in psychology and neuro-science.

As part of the L&D 2020 project's commitment to its investigation we continue to look for relevant and interesting reports in this arena. The following pages contain summaries of some of the best research available along with links to the full reports in PDF format.

If you know of other reports that might be of interest to TJ readers and the L&D 2020 project please contact Debbie Carter at debbiecarter@trainingjournal.com or telephone +44 (0) 1353 699090.
